Hi guys! It is Christmas Eve! Yaaaaay! Which means food, more food and even more food. But it is also the last day of the 12 Days of Christmas Challenge (check out the other designs I did). For those who are wondering: yes, I skipped the previous prompt, Nightmare before Christmas, because I did not feel like I could contribute something creative and I ran out of time. Sorry! But today I am here to make it up to you with the freestyle prompt. I created these super simple mermaid nails and I am obsessed. I hope you are too because MERMAIDS, duh.

Christmas Cookies | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hola guys! Today's prompt in the 12 Days of Christmas nail art challenge is Christmas cookies. But I figured, who needs cookies when you can have glitter? HA. Just kidding, cookies are great, too. My first idea for this prompt was 3D cookies, but that didn't work out great because I don't have 3d gels or acrylic powder. So yeah, I had to find something else to do. Next best thing was glitter!

Abstract Penguins | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hi guys! Only a few prompts left :-(. What should I do with my life when this all ends? I will probably start doing Spring nail art haha. That is just how it goes, first it's Winter then we got Christmas and New Year and after all that, it's Spring. At least, that's how it feels like. After the holidays, I will most certainly wear neutrals for the next few weeks. But then it's Spring manicures! Alright, so today I want to show you my take on Penguins! Hey guys! Today's prompt is presents/bows and I obviously went completely for the bows part haha. I have been meaning to do this kind of bow for so long now and this was the perfect occassion. Ugly Christmas Sweaters | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hi guys! I am a bit late with this prompt, because I just don't like doing sweater nails. I really don't. Sooo, yeah. However, I do have something to show you today, but I am not sure how I feel about it. It's not that it's a complete fail, it just misses that little something extra for me. Oh well, at least I tried, right? HAH. Ok, enough rambling. Let's move on!

Fluffy Wrapping Paper | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hi guys! Today's prompt is 'Inspired by wrapping paper'. Well, I have to admit, I really didn't know what to do. I saw lots of gorgeous wrapping papers, but they weren't festive enough. And the festive ones were just too blah. So I took some ideas from a few different wrapping papers and I incorporated a few techniques I learned a while ago. And this is the result. Not too Christmassy, not too meh, and quite wearble. <3

Shine bright, Ornaments | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hey guys! Number four already, phew. So, today's prompt was ornaments and I decided to draw Christmas lights on my nails, hah. I was inspired by @usti_na on Instagram (make sure to check her out, because she is a genius). She has a short tutorial on her Instagram showing how to achieve this look and I more or less used the same technique so I won't go into detail in this post. Hi guys! The third prompt already. Today's theme is gold and silver glitter. I thought this was going the easiest prompt of all, but this is the only one I redid. I just did not know what I had to do, so I went for a gold and silver gradient. Nothing fancy, nothing creative, just a plain old gradient. Oh, well, it is a good nail art for the holidays. Icy Snow Day | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hi guuuuuuys! This year, I will be participating again in the Challenge Your Nail Art 12 Days of Christmas challenge. YAS. I have been waiting a whole year to do this. At this point, I already created six looks, and I will to my bestest best to finish the complete challenge.

I am so excited, you don't even know. Last year, I created my looks using regular nail polish, like most people do. But this year I decided to do the challenge in GEL POLISH! Yes, gel polish!
