Hi guys! I have some swatch spam for you today. Today I will be swatching and reviewing the Walk in Closet Collection by Smooth Nails. This gel polish collection consists of 4 gorgeous subdued shades that are perfect for this time of the year. Going into Fall (not yet, don't panic), I imagine myself wearing these gel colours a lot. And the great thing is that they pair up very nice. All 4 gel polish go so well together and you can create a ton of looks with them. Let's check out some swatches, shall we?

I can't believe it's May already. A lot has happened the last few months and not a lot had to do with nails, unfortunately. For the past year I had three jobs and I'm about to start the fourth one (tomorrow!). Finding a job in communication is hard. Finding a permanent one is even harder. But saying goodbye to colleagues again and again is the worst.

On the positive side, working in temporary jobs makes you flexible and versatile. And I don't see it as something negative, as long as you learn something new, it has been an extra experience.

Well, hello there. First of all: Merry Christmas! 2017 is almost here and one of my New Year's resolutions is to start blogging more frequently again. My goal is to post at least 1 post per week. Sounds reasonable, right? It should be doable for me too. Not that I will have more time on my hands in 2017, oh hell no. At the moment it is still pretty much Winter here in Belgium, although the days are getting longer and that makes me a happy camper already.

Fluffy Wrapping Paper | 12 Days of Christmas Challenge

Hi guys! Today's prompt is 'Inspired by wrapping paper'. Well, I have to admit, I really didn't know what to do. I saw lots of gorgeous wrapping papers, but they weren't festive enough. And the festive ones were just too blah. So I took some ideas from a few different wrapping papers and I incorporated a few techniques I learned a while ago. And this is the result. Not too Christmassy, not too meh, and quite wearble. <3

SmoothNails is a Dutch webshop which sells gel polish, nail art supplies etc. The gel polishes are branded as SmoothNails, but I think it is a rebranding of the Bluesky gel polishes. This is not a problem as I have heard amazing things about the Bluesky polishes. I was kindly sent three festive gel polishes to try out and they could not have picked any better colours!
