The Dexter Collection: The Dark Defender

It's a sad sad day today. I have only one more Dexter polish to show you: The Dark Defender. But let's end with a big BOOM, because this beauty sure is stunning!

The Dark Defender is a dark teal jelly base packed with light green and purple micro flakies.

Shown in the pictures is 3 coats, but it could use 4 coats as the formula is a but on the thin side. But it really glides on like butter, heaven!!

I love love love this one. It has soo much flakies, just wow!

The Dexter Collection is available through Etsy and Llarowe. And go go like Cadillacquer on Facebook to receive aaaall the updates!
Tomorrow, I will post an overview of the whole collection and I will let you know which ones are my favourites! ;-) (I probably won't catch any sleep, because of the hard task of just chosing a few polishes. Oh god.)

The Dexter Collection: The End Begins

Hellooooooow! Only two more polishes to go, meh... So, I can definitely say that The End Begins, right? RIGHT. Without further ado, let's move on to the swatches!

The End Begins has a dark green jelly base with copper shimmer, caramel hex glitter and small gold iridescent glitter.

The End Begins applies very smooth and I feel the consistency is just a tad thinner than the 'normal'/other polishes. Shown above is 3 normal coats, but maybe you could try 4 thin coats. I don't know. I still love it to death HA!

I adore the macro of the polishhhhh. I'm so proud of myself haha, seriously I could stare at the picture fo evah!

Cadillacquer is available through Etsy and Llarowe and they are also on Facebook!

The Dexter Collection: Tonight's The Night

Heeyyyyyy! Today I have some pictures of Tonight's The Night by Cadillacquer. After this one there are only 2 polishes left to show you guys! :(

Tonight's The Night has a dark purple base with light blue shimmer, sky blue holo squares, small sky blue holo glitter and small turquoise square-hex glitter.

I believe this is 3 thin coats on its own. As all other Cadillacquer nail polishes, the formula was excellent and the bottle was packed with glitter. It has a very nice consistency and it is very easy to apply.

I looove this polish! It's not quite a Summer-y shade, but I know I will be wearing this a lot during Fall and Winter (what am I talking about, it is just getting a tad warmer here in Belgium, oh god!)

Yep, they are available through Etsy and Llarowe. Please make sure to like Cadillacquer's Facebookpage to stay up to date!

The Dexter Collection: Slice of Life

Hi guys! Today I will be showing you polish number 6: Slice of Life.

Slice Of Life is a bright red jelly base with a gorgeous blue shimmer, which is very noticable.

This one reaaaally glides on like butter! The formula is absolutely flawless. I also find this one to dry a bit quicker than the rest of the collection. This is 3 coats.

Look at that shimmerrrrr! It is so so beautiful! And I think it matches my skintone pretty well. :-)

Cadillacquer polishes are available through Etsy and Llarowe. Don't forget to like Cadillacquer on Facebook to get all the updates.

The Dexter Collection: Masterpiece

Yep, I know I didn't post anything yesterday. I had a super busy week, all my blogs were post-ready, except for this one.. SORRY! So with a little delay, here is Masterpiece by Cadllacquer.

Masterpiece has a green jelly base with small red glitter and different sized matte hot orange hex glitter.

Shown in my swatches is 3 coats. The polish is rather thin and a bit sheer, but it builds up really nice. It is easy to apply and drying time is normal.

I feel Masterpiece is kind off the outsider of the collection, but that is what makes it stand out of the crowd. It's not as intricate as the other lacquers of the Dexter collection, but when applied it looks so so good. I was pleased to see how unique it looked on my nails!

You can still buy your own Cadillacquer on Etsy and Llarowe and you can still find Cadillacquer on Facebook! ;-)

What is your favourite polish of this collection so far?

The Dexter Collection: Keep Breathing

Hi! Today I will be showing you Keep Breathing created by Cadillacquer. It's part of The Dexter Collection, as most of you might know!

Keep Breathing has a turquoise base packed with green and white flakies and lilac and purple hex glitter. If you're looking for the perfect Summer shade, well this one might be it!

As all other Cadillacquer polishes, this one's formula was yet again, a dream. It does feel a tad thinner than the other lacquers, but it it heaven to work with. Shown in the pictures is 3 coats.

I wore this polish for one week straight! AND: on day 7 I had some minor (teenytiny) chipping and a little tipwear on all my nails. Sounds great? IT ISSSS.

I feel like I'm constantly repeating myself, which I'm actually doing. Again. So, here we go. You can buy Cadillacquer on Etsy and Llarowe and make sure to like them on Facebook too!

See ya tomorrow!

The Dexter Collection: It's Going To Happen Again

Day 3 of my Cadillacquer swatch-a-ton. And It's Going To Happen Again tomorrow. ;-) ;-) ;-) This post is a liiitlle bit later, because I just came home from graduation, whoopwhoop! Now I am officially an Event manager. Pretty cool, huh? Thought so!

It's Going To Happen Again has a light blue crelly base with turquoise shimmer, matte light aqua blue and teal squares and small hex glitter.

Like all other polishes, it glides on like butter. AGAIN no fishing, dabbing, dragging, great! I applied three coats to get a full coverage, but you could get away with just two coats.

You can buy Cadillacquer on Etsy and Llarowe. Keep up with Madeleine on Facebook!

The Dexter Collection: Have A Killer Day

Hope you're all having a killer day! Got it? HA! Today I will be showing you Have A Killer Day, the second polish from The Dexter Collection by Cadillacquer.

Have a Killer Day is a grey crelly base with various sizes of matte neon pink squares and matte neon coral hexes. It also has teeny tiny coral and purple glitter and a beautiful iredescent shimmer.

I put on 3 coats of Have A Killer Day to reach full opacity. It has a great glitter pay off, and again: no dabbing, dragging or fishing. Yay!

I think I captured this polish prrrrretty well. I was able to catch the shimmer too! The macros show the many things going on in this little lacquer. It's a beautiful combination with a nice balance between matte glitter and a gorgeous shimmer.

Make sure to like Cadillacquer's Facebookpage, to stay up-to-date. You can buy your own Cadillacquer on Etsy or Llarowe.
