Slimy Nails - Glow In The Dark
Slimy nails, yesss. I never did drips before, so I thought it was about time to do so! I really love how they turned out eventually, because when I started, it didn't look pretty. AT ALL.
I used:
- Essence - Base Coat
- Only You - White French
- Flormar - Super Neon Colors NO14
So yeah, drips. Oh, wait! THEY GLOW IN THE DARK!
I used *ChNail #2, which you can find at Born Pretty Store. It's a very light green, and I picked this colour because it had the strongest glow in the dark effect.
The polish has a nice consistency, but it's different from a regular nailpolish. It's a bit of a granular substancy. But not hard to apply at all and it glides on very smoothly.
I really love the glow in the dark effect, it's something fun and different! I didn't add a layer off topcoat, because the polish gave a subtle, light blue-ish shine, which I like!
You can get this glow in the dark polish (ChNail#2) for $4.99 at Born Pretty Store. Each bottle holds 15 ml. They have a total of 12 different colours, so you'll definitely find one you like! Don't forget to use my code AYJ61 and get 10% discount on your entire order!
Have you picked up a Glow in the Dark polish? What do you think about it?

Striped!
As gorgeous as Flormar Duochrome may be, I was a liiiiiitle bit tired of looking at a solid colour. So, I added stripes to give it some pop!
First I painted the black stripe, then I added grey stripes at the sides and to top it off I added a stripe of Flormar - DC05!
Here's what I used:
Flormar - DC05
Kiko - 328
NYC - City Blackout
Nail art brushes from Born Pretty Store
How do you upgrade your solid manicure?

Flormar - DC05 Swatched
I recently went to Barcelona and ofcours I couldn't leave without buying some nailpolishes! This beauty is one of the many polishes I bought, Flormar - Duochrome DC05.
Originally, Flormar is an Italian brand, but it quickly carried it's production to Turkey where all Flormar products are still produced.
Flormar mainly has stores in Turkey, but also in Spain, Morocco and Eastern Europe. Good news for the Dutch girls, because Flormar will open a few stores in The Netherlands! There will be a brand new store in Rotterdam, Den Haag, Utrecht and Amsterdam.
In this close-up of the bottle, you can see that the duochrome effect is quite strong.
The polish changes from a golden green to blue. I used three coats and a topcoat for this swatch. The first time I put this on my nails, I just couldn't stop staring at it! It's so stunning, especially in full sunlight.
The bottle holds 11 ml, which is pretty good as one bottle costs €4,90 and, maybe even more important, the polish has a great formula!
Do you own any Flormar polishes?
