HIIIII! I am back with some nail art! This time inspired by Lady Fancy Nails. I love every design she creates, I love her style, I love her colour combinations. Just love, that is all. Anyway, I recreated one of my favourites and I am quite happy with the result!

Products used for this manicure:

I really like these kind of designs. The look and feel is just ahhh, it is heaven for me. And that is why I love to recreate them! I honestly do not know if I could come up with something like this myself :-D.

Thanks for reading and let me know what you think! <3

Elegant Silver Glitter NYE Nails

Hi loves! First of all: HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!! Today I will be showing you my elegant NYE manicure I planned to wear. Planned, yes. Because I did not actually wear it on NYE. I painted this design the day before, but I had some friends coming over for manicures. And why yes of course, I ruined them. But enough rambling, let's move onto some pretty pictures!

In case you were having a déjà vu: I recycled my See-Through Lace and Rhinestones design. I loved my ring finger and thumb so much and I obviously did not want to take it off just yet!

Polishes and materials used for this design:
OPI - Don't Bossa Nova me around
Sinful Colors - Snow me white
Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri
Born Pretty Store - Striping brush
Born Pretty Store - Nail art brush
Born Pretty Store - Dotting tool
Born Pretty Store - Small beads
Born Pretty Store - Round 2 mm rhinestones
Born Pretty Store - Round 4 mm rhinestones
Loose glitter

I hope you had a wonderful NYE, I sure did! What did you wear on your nails?

White + Teal Ruffian Manicure

Hi guys!

As the header says, I am showing you a white and teal ruffian manicure today! This is my very first attempt at a ruffian manicure, and I think it came out pretty good. I realllllly like the colour combination. That Kiko colour is tooooo dieee forrrrr. Ah, I always get so many compliments when I am wearing it. Oh btw, today I went to the store to pick up a new base coat as my other one is getting gloopy as hell. The woman in the store asked me: "Do you paint your nails yourself? Or is it like GelColor or something?" I was like, "U-uh no GelColor, woman, I paint them alllll mahself". And she was like: "Oh, so you used nail vinyls or decals then ofcourse. Yessss ofcourse!" "NOPE WOMAN, I painted them myself and I am pretty damn proud about it. OOH btw, I have a blog." Haha, okay, enough. Let's move on to some pretty pictures!

Products used:
Kiko - 389
Sinful Colors - Snow Me White

I used the brush of the nail polish to create the ruffian, I think that is what other people do, too? No?

Some pretty ruffiannnnns:
So Nailicious
Lucy's Stash
All Lacquered Up

Soooo, hope you liked this post. Let me know what you think in the comments below! Did you ever try a ruffian manicure?

Dry brush technique: Orange + blue + studs

Hey you!

You might or might not have seen this dry brush manicure in your Facebook or Instagram feed a while ago (if you are not following me already, you tooooootally should! Facebook - Instagram). I created this nail art using the dry brush technique, which is very simple. For this one I was inspired by a technique by Pshiiit.

Products used

Base coat: Essie Grow Stronger
Sinful Colors Snow me white
Catrice Birdy reloaded!
Catrice For bright Guys (LE NEONaturals)
Catrice Mrs. Brightsight (LE NEONaturals)
Faby Don't disturb my Puppy (FabulousFaby collection)
Top coat: Essie Good to go

The neon orange 2mm studs are from KKcenterHK, they sell for $2 and you will receive about 100 studs. I applied them by adding a little dot of clear nail polish on the place I wanted them to be. Then I used a dotting tool to pick up the studs and put them on my nail. I sealed them in with a layer of top coat.

*Studs were sent to me for my honest review*

Prismatic nail design inspired by Chelsea Queen

Heyaaaaa!

I am sooo in love with this geometric nail art inspired by the PRISMATIC Scratch nail wraps designed by Chelsea King/Queen/you know who. It has been a while (a loooooong, very long while actually haha) since I did a more difficult nail design. And I felt a bit rusty too: I spent 3 hours painting my nails and I perfected it this morning. God... My back hurts, my room is a hot mess, but it was totally worth it. And now, I'm done with nail art, because I'll probably wear this one for the rest of my life. Or until something else pops into my head and my fingers start aching. Alright, without further ado, let's move on to some pictures!

I also stole Chelsea's pose, hehe, woops
Yay, sunny picture!
The thumb!

Hope you all like this design as much as I do! I really like geometric designs, but you can always make the lines more crisp, get your corners a bit sharper... Mine are never painted to utter perfection, just because I really don't have the time to do so haha :-D.

What do you think about geometric designs?
