Pink Gellac Majestic Collection | Swatch & Review

Hey guys! Fall is officially in the house so that means new collections! Today I will be showing you the new Majestic Collection by Pink Gellac. It is inspired by luxury, colourful butterflies, gold, power and all that jazz. When I first saw the colours I was seriously impressed. The collection has a nice variety of crèmes and shimmers and every colour combines really well.

With each collection, Pink Gellac publishes a new edition of their magazine. For this collection I created a nail art for which you can find a step-by-step tutorial in this edition of the magazine. I'll post it in a few days so stay tuned! ;-) Now, let's move on to some swatches, shall we? <3

First up is Smoked Grey. Smoked Grey is a dark grey crème. It has a nice consistency and application is very smooth. I think this colour is a great base for nail art or glitter gradients. Smoked Grey would make a killer combo with Marvelous Blue btw! This is 2 coats.

Next is Powerful Plum. Powerful Plum is a shimmering magenta. This is the brightest shade of the collection. Shown in the pictures is 3 coats.

Next is Golden Rose. Golden Rose is a gold shimmer with a rose glow. It is truly a beautiful colour with a good consisteny which makes it suitable for more detailed nail art, I will post an example very soon ;-). This is 3 coats, but 2 is enough.

Next is Marvelous Blue. Marvelous Blue is a dark, rich blue base with a blue shimmer. This is my favourite of the collection. It is such a great colour for Fall and it pairs up wonderfully with Golden Rose, again you will see an example very soon! ;-) This is 3 coats, but 2 is enough,

Finally, we have Bordeaux. Bordeaux is, despite the name, a dark plum crème. I love wearing colours like this when the days get darker. It is sophisticated, but not boring and it pairs up great with Powerful Plum. For example, I think it will look great when you sponge on a bit of Powerful Plum at the tip of the nail, maybe add some Golden Rose too to make it extra luxurious! This is 3 coats

So, what do you think? This collection is definitely right up my alley. I love my rich colours in Fall and Winter and if I had to pick just one, I would go for Marvelous Blue. Bonus: all the colours in this collection go so well together and they make great gradients! If you want to see some gradients with these colours, just let me know. I also have a nail art coming up using almost all the colours of this truly Majestic collection ;-).

What is your favourite of this collection?

Pink Gellac is available through their website and sells for €14,95.
