Let it Glitter! Paradise | Random Swatch Saturday
Hi guys and welcome to Random Swatch Saturday! From now on, I will swatch a random nail polish from my collection and show it to you on, yes you guessed it, Saturday. So why did I decide to do this? Well, I like to see swatches and I thought it might be a nice addition to my blog. I will describe the colour, say how many coats, maybe explain the concistency a bit, but that's it. I want to keep these posts short and simple. However, if you have any questions, you can comment below. Oh, and please let me know in the comments below what finishes you would like to see next ;-).
I decided to start with Paradise by Let it Glitter!. This polish was part of a collection Suzanne created last year and it is still one of my Let it Glitter! favourites. So, for the first time ever, click the jump to see some more of this Random Swatch Saturday. I hope you enjoy! <3

I liked it, so I put a little bit of Let it Glitter! on it..
The Cadillacquer-gradient is even less visible now, haha. But now Temptation by Let it Glitter! is the star of this mani. When I reviewed this nail polish, I also layered it over a lilac, lavender base. It just matches the glitter mix sooo well.
I really hoped that the gradient would still like, add something to the mani, but now it just makes a backdrop. A pretty backdrop though!
Let it Glitter recently came out with a new collection. It is inspired by The Mortal Instruments. You can find it here.

Subtle Cadillacquer gradient
Hello hello!
Today I have a very subtle gradient to show you. And by very subtle I mean: not too subtle in real life, but my camera was not able to pick it up quite nicely. I used OPI Don't Bossa Nova Me Around as a base. For the gradient I used two Cadillacquer polishes from the Breaking Bad collection: Pinkman and Yeah Science!.
Pinkman is a very soft, nude pink colour with gold and green-ish shimmer. Yeah Science! is a soft lilac, lavender shade with pink and purple-y shimmer. Together they make such a soft gradient, and with the different shimmers they give the look a new dimension. Make sure to check out the links to find a more in-depth review of these two gorgeous shades.
This was just a quick post! Let me know what you think!
P.S.: Did you see the new collection Cadillacquer created? It is inspired by Sons of Anarchy. Check it out here.

Unteal We Meet Again + GIVEAWAY!!
Hi guys! Today I will be showing you Unteal We Meet Again by Let it Glitter!. It is part of the new Spring Fling collection, which you can find here. Please keep reading, because at the end of this post there will be a GIVEAWAY!
Unteal We Meet Again is a gorgeous mint-y, teal-y (duh) base with holographic teal hexes, gold hexes and small gold glitter. Let it Glitter! is 5-free, vegan and cruelty free.
I applied 3 coats, but you certainly can get away with 2. After that I painted on a layer of Essie Good to go.
The polish has a nice consistency and is easy to work with. And it dried reeeally quick actually, I was pleasantly suprised!
Alright, so.. GIVEAWAY TIME! Two weeks ago, Love Life Lacquer turned 2! And I reached 1000 likes on Facebook! So I figured it was time to organise a giveaway for my readers. Suzanne from Let it Glitter! was so kind to help me out and we are giving away her new Spring Fling collection -YAY!- twice -DOUBLE YAY!
As Suzanne and I are both Dutchies (she is from The Netherlands, I am from Belgium) we thought it would be nice to give away one entire collection to one lucky fellow Dutchie. The other collection will be divided over 2 lucky winners anywhere else in the world, they will have the opportunity to pick the 2 shades of their choice.
What are you waiting for? GO GO GOOOOOOO!
a Rafflecopter giveaway
Good luck everyone!

Cadillacquer Christmas Collection
Christmas Collection? Is it that time already? YES IT IS, WHOO! That means.. Christmas polishes aaaaall over te place, yes! Cadillacquer released their Christmas Collection last week, and I have some swatches for you.
The formula on all four polishes is good. They apply nicely, dry fairly quick and they are PACKED with glitter and shimmer.
For my swatches, I used 3 coats and 1-2 layers of topcoat. All pictures are made with flash unless otherwise stated.

Let it Glitter - Oh Wow!
Let it Glitter is a dutch indie polish brand and is fairly new to the indie market. The woman behind this brand, Suzanne, is such a sweetheart. She first started posting photos of her manicures on her blog, but after a while she wanted to take things to the next level and create her own glittery polishes! And I'm glad she did!
Pshht! She released her Winter Wonderland collection about a week ago, so make sure to check out her information at the end of this blogpost.
Oh Wow! is a super cute glitter topper with a mix of big hot pink hexes and slightly smaller turquoise and white hexes. I've always loved the combination (hot)pink + tuquoise, so this polish is perfect for me.
Oh Wow! applied quite smoothly but I had to dab the glitters a bit on the nail, no major issues though! I layered one (dabbing) coat over Cadillacquer Yeah Science! and I think it makes a wonderful combination. I also added one layer of Essie Good to Go.
By the way, I'm so happy this polish comes in a square-ish bottle. I luv those bottles! + the packaging is too cute, Suzanne attached a little card to the polish!
Let it Glitter is available through Etsy, the polishes sell for €7 which is $9-10. Also, make sure to check out her blog and her Facebookpage!
Do you like this kind of glitter combinations?

The Breaking Bad Collection: There's No Better Reason
And, after all, the last one! Today I will be showing you There's No Better Reason. It is part of The Breaking Bad Collection by Cadillacquer.
There's No Better Reason has a dark green, almost black base with gold shimmer and sparkles, a scattered holographic effect and a slight shift. I used 2 coats.
Formula, drying time and application are flawless, like always!
Cadillacquer can be bought from the Cadillacquer website and from several stockists.

The Breaking Bad Collection: I'm The One Who Knocks!
Alrighty guys, only two more polishes! Today I will be showing you I'm The One Who Knocks! from the Cadillacquer Breaking Bad Collection.
I'm The One Who Knocks! is a dark green base with a light green shimmer and a scattered holographic effect. I applied two coats on it's own without topcoat.
It glides on the nail like butter, it dries fairly quick and the formula is flawless like all other Cadillacquer polishes.
You can buy Cadillacquer here and it is available through Harlow & Co. Also, make sure to like Cadillacquer's Facebookpage to stay up-to-date!

The Breaking Bad Collection: Blowfish
Hiyaa! Only 3 more Breaking Bad polishes to go.. Today I will be showing Blowfish.
Blowfish is a soft minty green polish with subtle colour shifting flakes from blue to pink and a subtle scattered holo, which is quite hard to capture. And yes, my camera failed. Again. I used 2 normal coats on it's own without topcoat, though I think 3 thin coats would be better.
Formula is exactly the same as all other Cadillacquer polishes: flawless and aaaawesome.
You can get your own Cadillacquer polish here. Cadillacquer also has a Facebookpage, so make sure to hit like if you want to stay up-to-date!

The Breaking Bad Collection: Say My Name
You guessed it right! MOAR CADILLACQUER POLISH! Today it's Say My Name.
Say My Name is a dark brown/berry base with a very noticable blue shimmer, blue sparkles and a scattered holographic effect. I applied 2 coats to reach full opacity, on it's own and without a topcoat.
Yet again, beautiful formula and application. I think this polish is quite special, it has a brownish base and a blue shimmer. I was like, hmm brown + blue? But it works out so well! Love this combination.
Cadillacquer is available through their website, the polishes from the Breaking Bad Collection sell for $12,50. You can also find Cadillacquer on Facebook, so make sure to like their page!

The Breaking Bad Collection: Pink Teddy Bear
Hi! I will be showing you Pink Teddy Bear today. I have to say, this one looks prrrrretty awesome!
Pink Teddy Bear has a black base with pink, slightly color changing sparkles and a scattered holographic effect. I used 2 coats in the pictures, on it's own and without topcoat. The black base swallows the sparkles a bit, so maybe it is better to layer one, more generous, coat over a black creme.
Application, drying time and consistency is the same as all Cadillacquer polishes.
In the macro above you can see the shift a bit, whoohoo!
Cadillacquer is available HERE. And make sure to like Cadillacquer on Facebook to keep up with all the updates and restocks.
