essie Fall 2016 Collection Florals | Nail Art

Hello guys! Summer is still here (kind of) and the Fall Collection are already showing up. Today I will be showing you a floral nail art I created using the new essie Fall 2016 Collection. With names likes Playing Koi, Go Go Geisha and Kimono-over, this collection breathes Japan. This new collection is inspired by Tokyo and captures the city’s wild street style, eclectic cuisine and riot of autumnal colors. I will be posting swatches of all the colours very soon, but for now: only nail art ;-). <3

I started out with 2 coats of Go Go Geisha, a gorgeous soft pink crème. After that, I was just winging it and hoping for the best. I used Playing Koi, Maki Me Happy and Kimono-over and a thin nail art brush to draw floral-like lines and dots. And I think it actually turned out pretty good. Most of the times, I try to avoid floral nail art, because I think it is too intricate to do. HAH. From now on, I will be doing more florals, because they always looks nice. No matter what you do. :-D

So happy with how it turned out!

I will post swatches later this week or next week! In Belgium, essie is available at Di and Kruidvat and sells for €12,50.
