Bundle Monster Cali Dreamin' nail art

Hey guys!

Bundle Monster just released their first gel polish collection of the year: the Cali Dreamin' collection. Cali Dreamin' is inspired by Coachella, festivals, music, art, Spring... A very fun and very bold collection. It is accompanied by a 10-plate stamping collection, water decals and holographic stickers. Bundle Monster asked me to create a tutorial using the new Cali Dreamin' collection. I feel so honored and happy to be part of it all so I immediately said yes!

Hit the jump to check out the tutorial!

Because the collection is based on Coachella I immediately thought; GRADIENTS! Gradient nails are great in everyday life, but a fun colour combination is ideal for a music festival. Add some silver artsy fartsy hipster stamping and ta-da, you got a perfect manicure to go with your fabulous outfit.

Step 1: I started out with a white base, this will intensify the colours you put on top of it.

Step 2: Choose your favourite Cali Dreamin' colours and draw two stripes like shown. I picked Escape Velocity and Lightweaver. Do not cure just yet.

Step 3: Wipe the brush from one of the colours you are using and blend the two colours together. You do this by continually painting in the middle of the two colours. When you are happy with the result: cure! You can repeat this step for full coverage.

Step 4: Stamp on you favourite design at the cuticle. I used stamping plate BM-S303 and a silver stamping polish. I alternated stamping at the cuticle and at the tip of my nail.

Step 5: Add top coat. Make it shine!
